Failure to participate will result in loss of your refundable deposit. When planning an event of this scope, commitment is paramount to ensure an enjoyable experience for all parties and limited stress to all involved in event production. Furthermore, Grill Team space is limited, and your cancellation potentially robbed another willing participant of the opportunity. Transfer of registration will only be allowed up until menu submissions are due (See Divisions & Awards). Deposits will not be refunded but rather transferred along with the registration. The deposit cardholder will be responsible for the actions and damages caused by whoever takes your place in the EGGfest, choose wisely.
Please notify the Event Director at your earliest opportunity. You can participate with less than four team members or add someone to your team. If the member who is no longer participating was the deposit cardholder, the transfer rules still apply: they will be responsible for the actions and damages caused by the remaining team, including their replacement.
